Local brothers join Miner roster for 2016-17 season.

Join us in welcoming the newest additions to the Miners Hockey Club roster, freshmen Garrett and Gabe Goodroe from El Paso, Texas.

Coach Herman on the addition of the Goodroe brothers to the Miner roster, “Garrett comes to the team after playing high school hockey for the Coronado T-Birds. He was very successful during that time and was a key component to the team’s success. We expect the same from him for the Miners. Gabe is a great defensive defenseman. He has great speed skating forward and backward. He rarely gets beat and he's solid in his own zone. I'm looking forward to having him on our back end and solidifying our D-core.”
