Jeramy Rezaeepour will return to the ice for his sophomore season. The feisty forward was a huge part of the formation of the club after playing for the Rhinos. He served as an assistant captain and helped make the inaugural season the success it was. In only 23 games during the 2015-16 season, Rezaeepour amassed 52 points.
With the inaugural TCHC championship title in his sights, Rezaeepour is excited for the upcoming challenge. When asked about the team’s first season and its future, Rez replied “At times, last season was tough. However, it was a huge success for a first year program. I’m excited to get back to El Paso and UTEP to get things started. I really want to win our Texas championship.”
Coach Herman commented on Rezaeepour’s first season, “Jeramy is an explosive player that plays with a lot of emotion. Not a lot of players have a quick release like he does. He's got great speed, stick handling abilities and isn't afraid to go to the hard areas to win the puck.”
Jeramy is currently working on a business administration degree.
